Simply return the item or items to us in their original condition within 21 days of receipt along with the completed returns form. Refunds may not be possible without it. We will issue a full refund on receipt. Your refund will be credited back to the same card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles from the day you return the merchandise for your account to be credited. Please note that we are not able to exchange items, you will need to re-order the required size or colour as a separate transaction. We are sorry but underwear and jewellery, if opened, are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please note:
