Do you really offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping?
We are excited to offer free USPS Priority Mail shipping on orders shipped in the United States. If you choose two day air or next day delivery, regular charges will apply. You must select the “USPS Priority Mail” shipping option to receive complimentary shipping.
When will my order be shipped?
If your order was placed Monday thru Thursday it will be shipped the same day or the day after. If your order was placed on Friday prior to 1:00pm EST, the order may be shipped the same day or Monday.
What are my payment options?
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?
For security reasons we do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
How do I track my order?
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email which will include an order number and a link to your order status page, where you can track your order. If you have created an account, you can also track your order at any time from your account page.
How do I know that my order has been shipped?
If your order has been processed but has not yet shipped, the order status on your order detail page will say “Paid”. Once it has shipped, you will receive an second email from us. The order status on your order detail page will also change from “Paid” to “Shipped”, and a tracking number will appear.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Unwashed or unworn merchandise may be returned to RISE Clothing Co, 1133 S. Madison Ave, Dallas, Texas, 75208 within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. All garments are subject to inspection.
Please use the most economical shipping method when returning a garment to us. You will be responsible for shipping your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a traceable shipping service for your return.
Returns and exchanges will only be accepted with a completed return form, which is available on your order details page. You can click the link in your order confirmation email to find your order details page, or if you have created an account, you can also find this form from your account page. You will not be able to access the return form until your order has been marked “Shipped”.
You will need to find the specific item or items you would like to return, then fill out and print the form that appears. Please include this filled-in form, as well as a printout of the order invoice, with the returned item in order to process your return.
Please be aware that head wear cannot be returned or exchanged.

Is my personal and credit card information safe on your website?
We are a McAfee Secure website. All transactions are completed on a secure server. Your computer and our server send data back and forth in an encrypted format. Also, we do not save or store credit card information anywhere on the site, even for registered members. This is an additional security measure we have implemented for our customers.
If I am a registered member on the site, how do I edit my account information?
You cannot edit your saved account information unless you are purchasing an item through the checkout process. If at any time you update your personal information during checkout it will automatically save to your profile. This is an additional security measure we have implemented for our customers.
Are there other places to buy RISE?
This site is currently the only website to buy Rise. There is also some, limited, non-chain, retail store availability in Dallas and Cincinnati.
